Land titles that can’t be forged.

A blockchain registry for land ownership. Each parcel can be registered only once on-chain, which blocks double sales, and any copy of a title can be checked against the original in seconds. Agencies and buyers integrate through a REST API documented in Swagger UI.

I’ve had a headache and a mild fever since yesterday.

A headache with a mild fever is common with flu, and with malaria in many places. Rest, drink plenty of fluids, and get a malaria test if you’ve been around mosquitoes.

See a doctor today if the fever goes above 39°C, lasts more than two days, or comes with confusion or a stiff neck.

About

I’m Olakeye Samson Kehinde, a software and blockchain engineer from Lagos, Nigeria, and the founder of TechTribeDAO. Online I go by SamOpera.

I studied Economics at the University of Lagos, and it still shapes how I build. I start from how people actually save, insure and prove what they own, then design the system around that behaviour. I built SmartClaim to make insurance payouts transparent, and I build web platforms for clients in e-commerce, education and events.

I’ve also built crypto trading bots and Telegram trade-alert systems for traders. I’m now completing a Master of Information Technology at the University of Lagos, with a thesis on a lending protocol that scores borrowers on their on-chain savings history.
